1. Lie down on floor on your stomach and keep both
hands below thighs
3. Repeat with other leg, Inhale and lift
right leg up and knees should be
straight .Stay for near about 30 seconds and bring leg down
4. Lift both legs up and keep chin on floor Stay
for about half or one minute

1. Lie down on your
stomach facing floor and keep
left hand on waist at the back and take right hand in front of head
2. Inhale and lift right hand and left leg and
face up .Stay for near about 30 seconds and come
back.
3. Repeat the same from other side. Take Left hand in front of head
4. Inhale and lift left hand and right leg and
face up .Stay for near about 30 seconds
and come back.

1. Put both hands on back and hold wrist of one
hand with other hand .Inhale and lift chest and shoulders up as much as
possible. Then lift body from both sides.
You can also open both hands free and
lift front side of body and legs from behind and then exhale and come back .
